Terms of Service

By accessing or using AuraIntel, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using AuraIntel on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

AuraIntel is a desktop application for Windows that provides real-time, AI-powered assistance during interview preparation and practice sessions. The application operates as a stealth overlay that:

• Captures screenshots of your screen upon user-triggered keyboard shortcuts
• Submits the captured content to AI inference engines for analysis
• Returns structured solutions, explanations, and guidance to the user's private overlay window

The Service is subscription-based with a credit consumption model. Credits are deducted per AI processing session as specified in your active plan.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@auraintel.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Device Binding (HWID): Upon first launch of the desktop application, your device is bound to your account via a hardware fingerprint (HWID). Your account may only be actively used on the bound device. To transfer your account to a new device, contact support@auraintel.io. Device resets are limited to once every 90 days.

Account Sharing: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each licence is for single-user, single-device use only. Sharing account credentials will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You may use AuraIntel only for lawful purposes, specifically:

• Personal interview preparation, practice, and self-improvement
• Learning and understanding coding algorithms, system design, and technical concepts
• Practising with public, openly available coding problems (LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.) in personal study sessions
• Using the Service in non-proctored, non-evaluated environments where AI assistance is not prohibited

You expressly agree NOT to use AuraIntel to:

• Cheat, deceive, or gain unfair advantage in any formal, proctored, or employment-related assessment, examination, or interview where the use of AI assistance is explicitly prohibited
• Violate the academic integrity policies of any educational institution
• Violate the terms of service of any online judge platform, coding competition, or assessment platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the desktop application
• Use the Service to process confidential or proprietary information belonging to a third party without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with the HWID binding, licence verification, or credit deduction mechanisms
• Use automated scripts, bots, or artificial means to trigger AI sessions or manipulate credit balances
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Plans: AuraIntel offers the following subscription plans:

Billing: Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Credit cycles: Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits are forfeited at cycle end.

Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

AuraIntel, its logo, design, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by AuraIntel Labs and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the desktop application solely for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence does not include the right to modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

AI-generated responses produced by the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes. You own the content of your queries (screen captures), but you acknowledge that similar queries may produce similar responses for other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AURAINTEL LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED RESPONSES
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL REMAIN UNDETECTABLE BY ANY SPECIFIC PROCTORING SOFTWARE

AI responses are generated probabilistically and may contain errors. Always verify AI-generated code and solutions independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AURAINTEL LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of employment, income, or professional opportunities
• Academic penalties, disqualification, or reputational harm resulting from your use of the Service
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account
• Damages arising from AI model errors or hallucinations

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AuraIntel in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraIntel Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@auraintel.io. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and credits will be forfeited. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay amounts due, or if we determine continued access poses a risk to our platform or other users.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@auraintel.io with a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AuraIntel Labs regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations.
